Foxquilt, a digital managing general agent specializing in embedded insurance technology, has launched its proprietary insurance products in New York. Through its platform, Foxden, the company offers tailored coverage for contractors, eCommerce businesses, and personal service providers. These products are accessible via a network of partner agents, wholesalers, and enterprises.

Utilizing multi-operational rating and digital underwriting algorithms, Foxquilt delivers customized insurance solutions to small businesses across the United States and Canada. The streamlined online process allows users to quote, purchase, and receive policy documents in minutes, enhancing the insurance buying experience.

A 2023 survey by Big I NY highlighted disruptions in the commercial insurance market, with many agents reporting limited new business and restricted coverage. Foxquilt aims to address these challenges by introducing its solutions in New York, a key milestone in its expansion. The company’s entry includes coverage for contractor general liability, particularly targeting interior contracting work in the five boroughs, where many carriers have limited their presence.

IMA Financial Group has launched a property and casualty insurance division in Atlanta, led by experienced professionals. This expansion enhances their Southeast operations, complementing existing Employee Benefits and Retirement divisions. The move underscores IMA's commitment to growth and client-focused solutions, leveraging national resources for regional expertise in hospitality and real estate.
